The bit value 1 means the function represented by this bit is 
supported by this equipment.  
          
vdslAtmPtmCoexist(0): value 1 means supporting ATM and PTM of 
                      VDSL port coexist.
shdslAtmEfmCoexist(1): value 1 means supporting ATM and EFM of 
                      SHDSL port coexist.
supportPppoeRateLimit(2): value 1 means supporting 
                          zxAnBrgUsrPortPppoeRateLimit and
                          zxAnBrgUsrPortMaxPppoeRate in the 
                          zxAnBrgUsrSidePortTable.
