Object

column r/w SNMPv2-TCRowStatus

Setting this object to 'createAndGo' will enable the collection 
of statistics on the specified VLAN, clear the initial statistics
bucket and add the entry to the table.
Setting this object to 'destroy' will disable the collection of
statistics and remove the entry from the table for given VLAN.
