When set to :
ipv4: wwpLeosSystemConfigBackupGatewayInetAddress should be compliant with 
      InetAddressIPv4 from RFC 4001
ipv6: wwpLeosSystemConfigBackupGatewayInetAddress should be compliant with
      InetAddressIPv6 from RFC 4001.
