Maximum possible uplink data slots for a minute. This is calculated as ((Uplink slots in a frame) * (Number of frames in a second) * 60). Uplink slots in a frame depends on the frame configuration. Number of frames in a second depends on the configured frame period of 5 ms (200 frames) or 2.5 ms (400 frames). Only supported for PMP 450 AP platform.
