A Frame Relay Sub Interface is the Layer 2 interface
to which Layer 3 (IP) Interfaces are assigned.
This Logical Interface is hinted at but not modeled by
the RFC2115 Frame-Relay DTE MIB.
This table manages the creation/deletion of Frame
Relay Sub I/Fs. Entries are created by the Creator
of a sub-I/F.
