A delay measurement is started when value true(1) is
given and a entry is created in the
tnPsdOdukTtpDmOnDemandResultTable.
In case value false(2) is given, no action is
performed. Upon read the value will always be false.
This object must always be included in an SNMP SET PDU
together with object tnPsdOdukTtpDmSessionType.
A measurement must be completed before a new measurement
can be started, otherwise the request is ignored.
