Minimal Drop Power of the main port. If present, the value has the range from -3000 to 1100 mBm - as defined in 1830PSS NE; with mBm as power relative to 1 milliwatt, in millibels (one hundredth of a decibel). 100 mBm = 1dBm. P2 is only required for IROADM9R/9R-LP with PSC at the RX of an ADD4 based OT LP (i.e., at the EFA output port).
