Reading this value will always return 0. Setting this value to turnOff(1) will turn off every outlet associated with the group. Setting this value to turnOn(2) will turn on every outlet associated with the group. Setting this value to cycle(3) will turn off every outlet associated with the group, then turn each outlet back on.
