The request header is reported only when tnOamPingCtlTestMode has a
value of 'svcPing', 'sdpPing' 'mtuPing', 'ethCfmLoopback',
'ethCfmTwoWayDelay', 'ethCfmOneWayDelay', 'ethCfmTwoWaySlm',or 'ethCfmTwoWayLm'.
Otherwise, a zero length OCTET STRING is returned.
This object was marked obsolete in SROS release 10.0 R1.
