tnMacFilterParamsTimeRangeName specifies the tmnxTimeRangeEntry to be
associated with this filter entry.
A value for this object can only be specified during row creation, and
cannot be altered lateron.

the TIMETRA-SCHEDULER-MIB::tmnxTimeRangeTable.tTimeRangeName.
