notification
[CAUSE] The tmnxTlsFailure notification is generated when an error
occurred in a TLS session. The tmnxTlsFailureReason specifies the kind
of error.
[EFFECT] The TLS session is terminated.
[RECOVERY] Corrective action should be taken based on the failure
reason indicated by tmnxTlsFailureReason.
