The value of tmnxSubIpoeModEvaluateState allows to cause a
re-evaluation of the specified session.
When this object is set to 'true', the system will perform a
re-evaluation of the session.
GETs and GETNEXTs on this variable return false.
It is not possible to simultaneously request for a session
re-evaluation, and modify any of the strings.
