will expire in the time period indicated by tmnxPkiExpRemainingHours
and tmnxPkiExpRemainingMinutes.
[EFFECT] The indicated CRL (certificate revocation list) will expire.
[RECOVERY] Replace the indicated file with an updated CRL.
