The sapDHCPLeaseEntriesExceeded notification is generated when the number of DHCP lease state entries on a given SAP reaches a user configurable upper limit. This limit is given by sapTlsDhcpLeasePopulate for a TLS service and by TIMETRA-VRTR-MIB::vRtrIfDHCPLeasePopulate for an IES or VPRN service.
