Each row entry represents a single RSVP neighbor associated with the RSVP protocol running in a virtual router. Entries in this table cannot be created and deleted via SNMP SET operations. An entry in this table is created by the agent when an RSVP neighbor comes up. The entry is destroyed when the neighbor goes down.
