Each row entry in the tRPOperPfxListNameTable represents information
about a particular prefix list name.
            
Entries are created and deleted by the user via
tRPAdminPfxListNameTable.
            
In case the prefix list is empty, i.e. no referring object
tRPOperInetPrefixListName exists in the tRPOperInetPrefixListTable,
the prefix list will never match.
