the RowStatus for this row.
              
To create a row, set this object to createAndGo or createAndWait. When
tRPAdminControlApply is set to commit(3), the row will actually be
created in the tRPOperPfxListAddressMaskTable.
              
To destroy a row, set this object to destroy(6). When
tRPAdminControlApply is set to commit(3) the row will actually be
removed from the tRPOperPfxListAddressMaskTable.
