neighbor to match on. To disable, tRPAdminPSToCritNbrInetAddrType
should be set to 'ipv4' and tRPAdminPSToCritNbrInetAddr should be set
to ff:ff:ff:ff.
              
The type of this address is determined by the value of the
tRPAdminPSToCritNbrInetAddrType object.
              
tRPAdminPSToCritNbrInetAddr object replaces
tRPAdminPSToCriteriaNeighborIpAddr that supports only IPv4 address
style neighbor.
