The value of vRtrPimNgIfNeighborExpiryTime indicates the minimum time remaining before this PIM neighbor will be aged out. If the value of this object is zero, it means that this neighbor will never be aged out. This happens when the PIM neighbor sends a Hello message with Holdtime set to `0xffff'.
