The value of vRtrPimNgDataMtSpmsiDelRxThd specifies the number of
receiver PEs for deleting a S-PMSI.
When the number of receiver PEs goes above the value specified by
vRtrPimNgDataMtSpmsiDelRxThd, S-PMSI is deleted and the multicast
group is moved to I-PMSI. It is recommended that
vRtrPimNgDataMtSpmsiDelRxThd to be significantly higher than
vRtrPimNgDataMtSpmsiAddRxThd to avoid creating and deleting S-PMSI as
the receiver PE count fluctuates.
