Enumeration
The value of vRtrPimBierPmsiCGrpSrcState indicates the state of this
PMSI (S,G).
If the S-PMSI is bound to a (C-S,G) on the ingress PE and if the PE is
allocating a BIER PMSI, the state will be 'txJoinPending'. The state
will change to 'txJoined' when the (C-S,G) traffic is switched over to
the new S-PMSI.
If the S-PMSI is not bound to a (C-S,G) on the egress PE, the state
will be 'rxNotJoined'. The state will be 'rxJoined' if the (C-S,G) has
bound to the S-PMSI.
Egress PE state will be 'rxJoinedTracking' if it receives SPMSI-AD
with no tunnel information.
