[CAUSE] A tmnxOspfShamIfRxBadPacket notification is generated when an OSPF packet that cannot be parsed has been received on a sham link. [EFFECT] The OSPF packet is dropped. [RECOVERY] Resolve root cause why packet could not be parsed by OSPF. The necessary action depends on tmnxOspfBadPacketErrType.
