The value of tmnxOspfAreaRangeBlackhole specifies whether or not a blackhole route needs to be installed for the aggregates configured in this area. If the value is 'true', a lowest priority blackhole route is installed for advertised aggregates in this area. Note that if the value is 'false', the blackhole route is not installed and there is a potential for a routing loop.
