last time a loss of communication with the OES was detected.
          
Values:
    unknownReason     (0) - control communication failure for unknown
                            reason
    adminReboot       (1) - OES is rebooted via tmnxOesReboot
    noResponse        (2) - no response was received for SNMP packet
    configFailed      (3) - a SNMP SET, GET or GETNEXT during a
                            configuration action did not complete
                            correctly
    invalidSystem     (4) - the OES sysObjectID does not contain the
                            object identifier for a supported system
    invalidSoftware   (5) - the OES software version is below the
                            minimum supported version
    oesUnreachable    (6) - OES is unreachable          
    adminEcSwitchOver (7) - OES EC activity switch via
                            tmnxOesChassisActivitySwitch
    ctlCommsUnprov    (8) - missing or incomplete OES control
                            communications provisioning
    clearActiveEcCard (9) - OES active EC clear via tmnxOesCardReboot
