Reflects the current TTL value (range from 0 to 255) for an Nokia SROS
OAM Trace Route operation. Maximum TTL value is determined by
tmnxOamTrCtlMaxTtl.
Zero is returned only in the case of an aborted 'ethCfmLinkTrace'
test.
