Self Pings.
An LSP Self Ping is started as required after LSP Self Ping is
administratively enabled on an LSP (using
TIMETRA-MPLS-MIB::vRtrMplsLspExtSelfPing).
The value of tmnxOamSysPerfCfgLspSelfTxTotal will not exceed the value
of tmnxOamSysPerfCfgLspSelfTxLimit.
