be used as the destination address for the test.  The multicast trace
query is sent to this destination address.
              
When the test is administratively enabled (using
tmnxOamTrCtlAdminStatus), if tmnxOamMcastTrCtlDestAddrType is
'unknown(0)', SROS assigns a value to tmnxOamMcastTrCtlDestAddrType
and tmnxOamMcastTrCtlDestAddress.
