The value of tmnxOamLspTrCtlAssocChannel specifies the launched echo
request's usage of the Associated Channel (ACH) mechanism, when
testing an MPLS-TP LSP.

tmnxOamLspTrCtlAssocChannel is 'nonIp(2)'.
