The value of tmnxMobServSigGtpuProfile specifies the GPRS Tunneling
Protocol-User plane (GTP-U) profile name. The GTP-U profile provides
GTP-U signaling related configuration.
If a corresponding GTP profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfGtpTable,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
