Object
The value of vRtrLdpNgTargTunnelPreference indicates whether LDP over
tunnel is preferred when link-level LDP bindings are also available.
If this value is 'true', then LDP tunnels are preferred and if the
value is 'false' then LDP over tunnel is preferred.
By default LDP tunnels are preferred.
