Row entries can be created or deleted via SNMP SET requests. A row
with default attribute values is created by setting
vRtrLdpNgSessParamRowStatus to 'createAndGo'. A row entry can be
destroyed by setting vRtrLdpNgSessParamRowStatus to 'destroy'.
