vRtrLdpNgInetIfRowStatus is used to control the creation and deletion
of rows in the vRtrLdpNgInetIfTable.
              
A row can be created by setting vRtrLdpNgIfRowStatus to 'createAndGo'.
The agent should assign the default attribute values and change the
row status to 'active'. Corresponding interface entry must exit in
vRtrLdpNgIfTable before creating an entry in this table.
              
A row entry can be destroyed by setting vRtrLdpNgInetIfRowStatus to
'destroy'.
