Object
The value of vRtrLdpPeerTemplInheritance specifies if the peer
template entry in this row, should inherit the operational value of an
object, or use the administratively set value. Non mask bits will
always have value of zero, and any attempt to change the value will be
silently discarded.

to one will be silently discarded.
When the bit for an object is set to zero, then the object's
administrative and operational value are inherited from the
corresponding targeted peer object in vRtrLdpGeneralTable.
