together with a non zero value of tIPv6FilterParamsExtEsi.
Note: The value of tIPv6FilterParamsExtFwdEsiSvcId is set to '0' by
the system if the value of the object tIPv6FilterParamsAction is set
to any value other than 'forwardEsiL2'.
