The tFilterBgpFlowSpecProblem notification is generated when a BGP flowspec NLRI is received in the filter module that cannot be treated - i.e. for which no filter entry is installed in the system, or when there is a problem inserting (new) or reshuffling (existing) flowspec or merged filter entries.
