Enumeration
The value of tmnxSfmIcPortDegradeState indicates degradation of the
switch fabric that is carried over a particular SFM interconnect port.
The possible values are:
none (1) - The port is not considered as degraded.
degraded (2) - There is a degradation of the switch fabric that is
carried over the port. The port can still carry
some traffic but not at the full capacity of the
port.
