next-hop was found for a given prefix.
          
When the value of vRtrBierUnsupportedNhopState is 'true', it indicates
that an unsupported next-hop was found.
          
When the value of vRtrBierUnsupportedNhopState is 'false', it
indicates that the unsupported next-hop was cleared and the correct
next-hop was received.
