Add a new Syslog collector host.
You also need to provide the IP address of the host,
so the input format is :
<hostname,IP Address>
Only the following characters can be part of the hostname:
0123456789ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz_-
Also, '_' and '-' cannot be the first or the last character of the hostname.
