If an entry in the _ResultsRogue table is not heard
by any means for this number of minutes, is elligable
to be removed from the table by the switch; (the
switch, however, might not remove the entry until
it gets around to it).
A value of 0 indicates that entries will never be
'aged-out' of the table.
The state of this variable persists across reboots.
The factory-default state is 1 week, (10080 min).
