This is to provide security to configure User management via SNMP. The format of fsusrMgmtAuthString shall be `adminusername:password`. Values for this fsusrMgmtTable can be set only when this index is set with proper string format (ie. default/admin username and password should be known to the user to add/edit the entry in this table).
