This is a status variable. It is updated by the SME after transmission of an MLME-GAS.response or MLME-PDGAS.response primitive. This counter shall be incremented each time a STA commences transmitting a GAS response but fails to successfully complete the transmission of all GAS fragments in that response due to the expiry of the dot11GASResponseTimeout timer for the protocol identified by dot11GASAdvertisementId.
