This is a control variable. It is written by the SME.Changes take effect
as soon as practical in the implementation. This is an 8-bit integer value
that identifies the Dot11n Config channel width. Currently defined values
and their corresponding Channel widths are: 10MHz = 01, 20MHz = 02
