This object when set to TRUE, clears the following counters
for the  application prioirty module and resets its value to FALSE:
    fsAppPriTxTLVCounter,
    fsAppPriRxTLVCounter,
    fsAppPriRxTLVErrors.
          
Setting this object to FALSE has no effect.
