This object when set to TRUE, clears the following counters
associated with a Port and a CNPV:
	ieee8021CnCpDiscardedFrames,
	ieee8021CnCpTransmittedFrames,
	ieee8021CnCpTransmittedCnms. 
Setting this object to FALSE has no effect. 
This object always returns FALSE when read.
