sdlcPortAdminISTATUS

This parameter controls the initial value of
the administrative status, ifAdminStatus, of
this SDLC port at port start-up.  Depending
on the implementation, a write operation to
this administrative object may not take effect
until the SDLC port has been cycled inactive.
