SNMPv2-TCDateAndTime
The timestamp for when the last interval ended.
This object only has meaning when an corresponding
slapmPRMonEntry (or old slapmPolicyMonitorEntry)
exists with the slapmPRMonControl (or
slapmPolicyMonitorControl) BITS setting
monitorSubcomponents(5) enabled. All of the
octets returned when monitoring is not in effect
must be zero.
