Write requires private community name.
Any write causes the current object values for
ipConfigAddress, ipConfigSubnetMask,
and ipConfigDefaultRouter to be used.
Causes the unit to reinitialize its network
stacks with these new values.  Changes to
ipConfigStatic, ipConfigAddress, ipConfigSubnetMask,
or ipConfigDefaultRouter do not affect the network
stack until ipConfigEngage is written with some
value.
