The number of units depends on their type (Vc4, Vc3, Vc12), on the number
of Data card and on the bandwidth size which has been configured for this card.
For a Data card which is mapped on a STM16, there are 16 Vc4 entries (or 3*16 Vc3 entries
or 63*16 Vc12 entries) in the BandwidthTable.
