This is the delay between the broadcasting of the CHNLDESC PDUs. This should continue even if the hmtsAdminState is inactive. If either the hmtsFwdXpndrFrequency or the hmtsRevFrequency are not valid then this PDU shall not be sent. This object is non-volatile.
