This parameter specifies a rule for time and date when the transition
between Standard and Daylight Saving Time occurs.
Format: mm.n.d/HH:MM:SS mm.n.d/HH:MM:SS
mm - Month of the year (01 - January, 12 - December)
n - nth d-day in the month (1 - 1st d-day, 5 - 5th/last d-day)
d - day of the week (0 - Sunday, 6 - Saturday)
HH - hour of the day (0 - 24)
MM - minute of the hour (0 - 59)
SS - second of the minute (0 - 59)
Example: The following rule applies in most part of USA and Canada:
03.2.0/02:00:00 11.1.0/02:00:00
DST begins on March's 2nd Sunday at 2:00am
DST ends on November's 1st Sunday at 2:00am.
